Why do you think NFS was willing to pay up when COR issued a subpoena to NFS back in January? The only stipulation that NFS has given is that COR obtain a 'court order', no mention of a need for arbitration. So unless NFS has done an about face, it is leaning on Judge Strom's decision, and not that of a FINRA arbitration panel.
