rk888, The PR firm told me all shares are involved with the R/S...both unrestrictd as well as restricted. I did inquire again about a possible restriction lift. I was told that managment has not addressed that to Loyola's knowledge. So I am considering our restricted shares will remain restricted...at least until notified of any direct change to that restriction.
