because it is so obvious, its not a dying industry and there is value all the way through this company, there are going to be mega leaps in solar efficiency and with their manufacturing roots in the solar industry I believe they are at the forefront of this movement and I think the judge knows it as well.........this BK is more of a reorganization of the accounting BS they got themselves into
