hahahahaha thats not an fair and reasonable Answer.We both know better.And we both know that Sussman and other Wolfes in our Side would love to sue the heck out of FDIC if they didnt fullfill their duties.Knowing that they the FDIC R didnt get the releases and that their Signatures arent still on the paper from all the Parties in the Matter mean only one thing that the Game is open and following the Road they have agreed during the settling time they spent together during those three months before the POR 7 came out.So lets have a Look on what you say.

How is that POssible that Sussman isnt suing them iregardless of the Civil Court possibiliies we have and go after the Money after this Wrongfully Seizure?Dont they love the Dollar$ and the fight in the court of Law?And after three months of Settlement talks is kind of hard to see Susy and Willy AGree with the Seizure and not make sure that the Book Value of the Assets under the FDIC not the JPM are paid as it should and not to ask a simple value of the 1.3a list of assets missing and not bring back dollar$ to the Shareholders or its Constituenties?You jocking right?

Of course but you know better than me the United States Constitution about the Role of the state in the Matter?No one can take your buck and give it to other without a proper Compensation but of course who care for the rule of law and Less to do with Sussman&Godfree or Ashbey and Geddes or even Solomon.They dont like such a big case which would be Definetly the muther of all they cases they held during their History as Lawyers.And pleease dont mention FIRREA or Corporate VEIL or BK Fraud as there is Fact about the wrongd doing in this case.LOL.
