I agree, I read all of the dates but that still gives them 16 days of missing a 10K filing.

Of course, they could have all been asleep waiting for a contractor to supply their documents to file too late.

April 14 (scheduled 15 day extended filing date) to April 30 to May 23

That's a long time.

Of course, they may have just decided to blow it off for now.
