Why did none of the insiders dump their shares when they had the chance ?

The last insider to dump shares according to the filings was William Shenkin back in 2014.

D'Couto and NEAH have been quiet for closing on 30days after his trip to the Middle East.

So they may have something significant to say soon, whether good or bad I have no idea.

My investment is down 95% even with past double downs..not ready to sell, and total loss at this point compared with recovering what is left are not much different.
