Anyone can see from the last 10q that the OS has remained the same since March. He is telling the truth.
This is the OTC and the CEO is telling us no dilution.
That doesn't happen in the OTC...

F'ing gold mine here.
It's a shame most of these people have no idea how to read a 10q.
But my take on it is a reduction in liabilities and a substantial increase of cash on hand.
Keep herring that the new 10q is going to be a disappointment because the new revs from target won't show up yet.
But I actually expect it to be great.
Why?
Because the OS is gonna be the same which is a f'ing miracle in the OTC.
Debt reduction too.
Of which there is close to none.
