I have read many of the old 10Q

Don't see any evidence of notes to toxic lenders.

Any convertibles where issued to companies the purchased. (Mama best)

Even if if they had notes out standing they cannot convert since the company is not current. I see no harm of trading this stock GVHIB since no notes can be sold at this time.
