Newest potential fraud candidate: GVHIB

You may have noticed this skyrocketed 1000%+ today after being in the trips.

The co. (Glen Carnes) came out today with an 8k saying they hired some no-name to be the VP of mergers and acquisitions. The kicker is that the person used to work for APPLE!!!!1111 (the usual pumpers framed it as an "Apple Exec").

Mind you, the co. is REVOKED on NVSOS:

http://www.nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=WnFRs18PqcdFzzP6jESC%252bQ%253d%253d&CorpName=GLOBAL+VISION+HOLDINGS%2c+INC.

Then, automagically, someone posted they received a "shareholder letter" from the company which noted several outlandish acquisitions the company was making: Beach Candy Swimwear and "North Delta Hospice and Palliative Services". The letter states that the latter of these two has locations in Mississippi and Texas. Mississippi yes, Texas, no.

Here are the images of the letter:

The letter is laughably-riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes, phrases are often repeated and it is just poorly written in general. Not something I would expect from a CEO.

Am I crazy here?
It smells like fraud to me, perpetuated by certain iHub members. They took the 8k and "ran with it", IMO. I can't be the only one who sees it.
