Sold & Shipped by Virtual Exchanges Inc

While on the Walmart site, the Rocky Mountain Brownies are not being sold by Walmart, but by Virtual Exchanges, a Walmart Marketplace Reseller.

I wonder if Moran has any involvement with VE, otherwise he's just the wholesaler.

DEWM probably doesn't make that much profit per box sold to VE.

The brownies wholesale for $1.33 each, and probably cost $0.60 each to manufacture, so the gross profit is $0.73. DEWM probably splits that with Rocky Mountain. Let's assume DEWM gets $0.40 of that.

Sell 100K brownies in a month, that's $120K/quarter in gross profit. Now subtract the SG&A, and you're probably down to less than $40K in net profit. Divided by 2.4B shares, that's an EPS of less than $0.00002.
