I just spoke with Loyola, they have confirmed that tomorrow will be an R/S 1:200 that will make the A/S 125 million shares and the O/S approx. 25m shares. The new ticker symbol will be PAVC. again...THIS is from Loyola which is PAIVIS PR firm. 125m A/S ~25m O/S

any one holding shares below 100 will be rounded up...don't know if that means 3432236 will become 3432300, or just 75 moves to 100.

I also asked about the restriction possibly being lifted...he said that was not mentioned to him. So as it stands, I will expect we will still be restricted until otherwise notified.
