in another AD Drug Trial, TuaRx Phase 3, the MonoTherapy TAURX(don't know tolerabkiltiy but MODE of ACTION Different than A2-73-so could be new JOINT Therapy) they showed an 85% response in the Monotherapy line(almost 100 pateients) and no response in the Taurx plus Aricept Line..
They don't know for sure ..but they conjecture that Aricept may be removing the drug Taurx from the system before it has a chance to be effective..

This IS YET ANOTHER REASON as a Dr., a Patient, a Caregiver, an Investor.
to review MonoTherapy Data as it relates to A2-73.. and be excited..
IF Aricept IS removing A2-73, what happens when Aricept is not given and the patient only recieves A2-73?

The MMSE Chart from 17 Weeks to 31 Weeks in a2-73 as MONOTHERAPY is UNBELIEVABLY POSITIVE! From 20 to 24..at 6 months staying EVEN is better than current SOC(considering side effects and other A2-73 observed postivies) but going UP is CURATIVE.PERIOD.
A Placebo Line would be expected to be back at the Non-Treated Patient Arm at 12 Weeks..so Instead of an MMSE score of 24..if NO RESPONSE to Treatment were observed we woudl expect thsi Group to be at 16-17!
THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE..

One would speculate that our Recovering Artists were in this pool of Patients..Just guessing..But certainly that would be what charts say.. .
