There appear to be hints of disease stability, particularly in the small sub-population of 2-73 Alone participants. You can bet the company will design a stat-sig (30 participants or more) 2-73 Alone arm in the Phase 2/3. And hopefully that will be approved. For practical reasons it would likely contain MCI-level participants, so it should actually be more than 30 folks in order to compensate for misdiagnosis, which is not uncommon, and hence miscorrelation. I trust the company will design the next trial carefully, with this in mind. They're not dummies. And I do not anticipate much trouble soliciting participants, if the 38 and 52-week results prove out.
