I see no reason whatsoever to believe that WMIH and the LT have or will have anything to do with each other. Two children having the same parents but now living entirely separate lives.

All WMIH's actions over the past couple of years only indicate that WMIH is preparing to do an acquisition of an operating business, not assets held by the LT or otherwise connected with the seizure or the bankruptcy cases. When WMIH finally completes such an acquisition - and they came very close last year - it will hopefully be abundantly clear to all that neither the LT nor any such assets will be involved.

When you believe in a theory, including a conspiracy theory, you'll see evidence of it everywhere. That is what is happening here. Someone developed a theory, and now they are mining the landscape looking for evidence to support that theory.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
