Price fluctuation doesn't bother me. NWBO's financial needs are such that if you don't have strong confidence that their operation plan of April is moving forward and expecting news in the near term then you'd be crazy to invest here. The price is volatile and it's almost impossible to pick a bottom. It can drift down but it can and will shoot up too.

The one thing that bothers me is dilution because unlike a price which can recover very quickly, %-wise ownership is a long term loss and we are getting diluted by about 10% on every offering at these prices. But the upside is 4-10 times, so I like the odds of news vs the risk of continuing dilution at this price. The low price is a double edged sword. You can't get hurt if you stay away but you can't gain either.
