I do know what is going to happen. There is more than enough hard info available to conclude 100% that bondholders are taking a major haircut. The bond pricing just confirms this. If creditors lose a single dollar equity is worthless.

The committee will get turned down. It already has from a practical standpoint as we are already over 3 months in and assets are being dumped daily.
