Griff, #16 and #17 could be two of the most spectacular looking tee shots in the world. It is a highly promoted and hyped venue but it still delivers. They have defined marketing a course. They engaged the Bandon Dunes creator and partnered with him. They have created a demand in Canada that is unparalleled by a great marketing program across GOLF and money in the USA and supported it with a pair of courses.

$320 CDN for a room and $180 green fees normally makes people jaws drop around here LOL but in the grand scheme of world class golf its a joke.

On pics mine don't do it justice. 16 is over the most amazing cliffed crevice. $17 you must actually hit up over cliffs and cut the ball but the result is a driven green is the wicked slope works out for you.

Just google Cabot Cliffs pictures. Cabot links opened 4 years ago and I was there 2 weeks after it opened. The cliffs were hyped but it was less true links for the full 18 but these cliff holes are breathtaking.

Now having said that I played this course today which for 1/3 of the price is also partially links style. the 4th hole is as classic as any seaside par 3 180 in to the wind with a green that looks like a bald guys head. ( I kicked it in for birdie last time I played)
