precisely my point. it's a farce for sfor. they are just trying to get anything they can at this point. i wouldn't listen to anybody saying this is going to pennies. sfor is not going to pennies. their share structure screwed that up for them alone, but throw in all the other bad variables, and you get a stock worth about .0015-.002 at BEST.
