$CDNL $28 Mil contract gets signed tomorrow is my thought! I think the previous meetings in July paved the way for this VERY IMPORTANT final meeting to consummate the deal and sign the contract. They have completed all the studies and hashed out all the details to get this project underway. If there was going to be an objection to the $28 Million dollar project, it would have come up during their meetings in July. As far as I am concerned, all that's left is the signing of the contract and that could actually take place tomorrow.
I think KJ is working overtime to get fins done in time to announce both on the same timing. Now if they absolutely can't have fins audited & completed in time, he will still have to announce the signing of this deal. It's too big and too important not to. It is a huge material event that he is required to report within 24 hours, I believe. I think what he has been holding back is the progress they have made on this Camwater Deal to fund the Cameroon Project.
TO BE VERY CLEAR! This all just my opinion based upon my dd & gut feeling and should not by any means be relied upon as being accurate, nor to be construed as being a fact at this point. This is OTC land where nothing should be presumed until it has been actually announced. Everyone has their own risk tolerance and should never invest more than they can afford to lose.
If in fact this $28 million dollar project does get signed tomorrow and is announced prior to updated fins, it will still have a huge impact on the share price. Even though I would prefer for both to happen at the same time to blow this SKY HIGH, which it still might! Fins have to be very close to being completed and KJ would love nothing more than to release all this at the same time!
SO there you have it! I went out on a limb to share what I THINK and I am double crossing my fingers we hear something VERY BIG tomorrow or on Monday morning. If I'm wrong so be it, but it won't mean it won't happen, just not on the timing I predicted. $CDNL LOOKING SO DAMN GOOD RIGHT NOW! Cheers!
