MIADF .16 x .22 2x1 now. I'm holding as i think it could blow up with the rgt news about the 8k. Might check your math. Mine says ML Strategic Ltd actually paid about .266 a share for 52.9% of the stock. That leaves about 1.73 million in the float jmho
