Unfortunately, I was out of the office today and missed most of the action. I can't say for sure because I haven't checked this whole situation out yet, but SFOR HAS done this before...FACT! I'm sure it will show up in one of their filings what happened and why they did it. I'm going to stick to it that a note holder wanted their money, and SFOR notoriously gave them discounted shares (today they exercised their right to do so). Again, they've done it in the past.
