IMHO you're wrong. It's not a small fund. I believe it is Singapore Telecom! As you'll recall SFOR is suing Trustwave Holdings for patent infringement. Back in 2015 there was a definitive agreement for them to be acquired by Singapore Telecom.
It is now a done deal. They of course are a venerable 130 year old company which happens to be Asia's leading communications group. Take a peek at their assets, they have deep pockets! You are also aware of the 11 August face the music court appearance where our lead lawyer Mr. Wolfe from Blank Rome is waiting to pounce. I believe SingTel has been quietly accumulating shares in preparation for this to lessen the cost of a possible buyout. Or, place them in a greenmail position where they walk into court in possession of 51% of our company's shares and have the court case consequently dismissed. What do you think? Am I out in left field on this? All I know for certain is that all will be revealed during that 11 August court appearance. I'm not selling my shares. Are you?
