50,000 rule is not new. Neither is US rules.

Li is well connected with Chinese Government. One should check his credential and involvement with Chinese National Science foundation. Li did not wake up one morning (this March) and decide LQMT investment could be cool

All timing (should) have been factored in. With that being said, there can still be other wrinkle that cost longer than plan.

BTW, Li did not take out 55 million, he took out 150 million (mid Jun to July) as stated publicly in Eontec website.

This says wheel and deal is much more involve than just LQMT. Last I heard, there is a company named Cloud Metal that is in the rumor mill of being acquired by Eontec.

Cloud Metal is Materion equivalent to my (very limited) understanding.
