i am surprised to still have a post left..

Some Questions:
How long had Patients that were already prescribed Donepizil been taking
that drug? Chances are they were more progressed disease and time wise
with Alzheimers. Getting DNP, with it's side effects, is NOT a no brainer.

DNP may have postive effect over time..but AD marches on..and it would be nice to know how long DNP patients on DNP before start of A2-73.
Sleep is a BIG DEAL for Alzheimers..a BIG DEAL..Especially for Home Care..
an almost 30% of pooled data responded postiviely..with better sleep ..it is a big deal..

That yellow line of A2-73 for MMSE as MonoTherapy ..up 4 pts from 20..Placebo would have been DOWN 2.5 points..

That is a Big Deal..so you score 24 versus 17.5 THAT is a BIG DEAL..
It's only 7 patients BUT..Those are the patients for whom we have a more relatively consistant knowledge over..
Chances are they are Newly Diagnosed(possible they tried Aricept and stopped--possible) but that line..is Truly the HOMERUN I was excited about..We may follow this line for the next three years..AND I am sure MonoTherapy will be an ARM in upcoming Phase 3..
This disease is a beast.
Doubt we will get Interim Data on Magnificient 7..but BP will! and Anavex already KNOWS it..
