Going by his other Tickers it seems as he is only re-instating them after he sold these shells.

Yes, I believe that's his method. But I also believe that once he's appointed custodian, he's OBLIGED to do it, whether he finds a buyer or not. After all, there's no reason to become custodian in the first place unless you reinstate.

I'll have to check the Nevada statute.
