People here should read carefully the follwing portion of the last news release Quote 'It has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors for an offering of shares of common stock with gross proceeds of approximately $10 million in a registered direct offering priced at the market price.'

That means the institutional buyers are convinced that the product is going to be released to the market soon and this is realy a good investment, otherwise they would have gamble in investing such a large sum of money on EVOK. People who are trading to make quick money are dumping and buying back to make some money. To me nothing is going to go wrong here. This is will be worth above $20 when the product goes to market. Company is sure about this and the inestors are pretty sure of this too only mater of times to see this rebonced to $10 or above.
