Well now we know why, they needed money and orchestrated a beautiful pump for their second Share Offering within a week. It was well done, MM's played the street like an symphony.

Notice how it climbed dramatically just before the failed Phase III crash, sucking the street in like they had the next wonder drug.

Their Phase III didn't meet it's primary endpoint and that's why the stock crashed in the first place. Just another bio causality to the grave yard.
