Psht, dude this one is so simple. It should have been washed over and swept under the rug like 100 other inaccurate things said here.

Clear examples of time from intial diagnosis to initial surgery for ndGBM were given. I also showed a meta analysis across indications (for resectable cancers) that showed 20 - 40 days as range. But ndGBM is one of the fastest, and can occur and often occurs same day or next day. You know, grand mal seizures are a bad time. Then there is this from a very similar designed biologic study in the same indication:

"In historical studies of newly diagnosed GBM patients (e.g., Stupp, et al.), OS and PFS measurements were likely assessed from the time of surgery. In the ICT-107 phase II trial, there was an average of about 83 days from surgery to randomization."

So NOT "6 - 8 months," but more like "3 months" total.
