Well maybe you'll get two answers for the price of one question. It was such a beautiful question I could not resist. Not that there are rules for such things anyway.

You believe in NWBO. Longs say "I like the science," but don't know why, except they look at some single arm survival data and are impressed. Those that invested in IMUC after their P1 showed "impressive" single arm survival data "liked the science" too. There are so many such examples of retail investors who "like the science" based of murine data or some long tail stuff. And then randomized studies fall apart. And for cancer vaccines, whew, that happens A LOT.

So you like the science. Do you like acid-eluted peptide loaded DC vaccines, or WTL loaded DC vaccines + TLR agonist/imiquimod? What? What did I just say? Which do you like? Do you not like WTL loaded DC vacc alone? Oh, then you don't like the science. Because that mOS was only 19 months from 5 patients in the P1. And I think just 2 of them had the same dose used in the current P3.

You like the science. You like 0% ORR in patients with just one lesion and no mets and that lesion injected with unmodified DC vaccine. No significant shrinkage in any patient. The company had guided it's a rapid endpoint and should be seen in "2 months."

You like the science. You like UCLA and stuff, and Liau, cause they are so great and everything. But ignore the hundreds of failed studies that originated in world renowned institutions.

You like the science, even though it was created in 1996 when there were many unknowns in DC technology. And even though many better attempts have been made since.

Give me a reason to believe, Jack.
