KJ has said he plans on issuing PR's again once financials are complete and up to date. A good idea imo. Once that happens any material event will likely be accompanied by an 8k.

That being said the update didn't really include anything material, but with the Camwater project nearing its launch I think we're hoping for updated fins and a PR about that shortly.
