This Proxy, whether you're for or against, is a truly professionally written document. I believe the last Proxy was about 5 or 6 pages, or less, written on the cheap. Wonder how much this cost? Personally I am disappointed as to its content, but its of little consequence as far as the Companies performance is concerned, so I'll just go with the flow. The market has, at least temporarily, given its opinion.
