Form 15 any day now

No, actually, that is very unlikely. The toxic death spiral convertible agreements require the Company to be an SEC registrant. Other companies that have violated those agreements and filed Form 15's have been sued (or threatened to be sued) by the toxic lenders and have almost immediately withdrawn the Form 15's.

I doubt LS wishes to be sued by yet another entity. Especially when it will be a case they are guaranteed to lose.
