I so recommend it as good reading. Link on the wavesys.com homepage. There are gems there that I promise will make it worth your while as an interested person.
Here are a few. Dell claims almost a Million Dollars were paid to wave in error and in fact the Dell license agreement ended a year and a half earlier and our Dell revenue was an accounting error. You may recall this being asked in a conference call with a different response from SKS.
The filings change from no payout to shareholders to an unknown amount and a shareholder rights firm is retained.
Safend is sold for 1/4 of its annual revenue but has a claim just moved to a class 4 inter company claim that could be denied. It dwarfs all the other claims combined. If it and others are not accepted there could be a payout and shareholders could have sold based on defective filings. It's not a lot of money or a conspiracy but IR had told me that there was no potential for a payout. Some of the claims are astounding. Others are sad that employees were not paid, insured or given 401k money.
I get why people who like to buy shares of BK companies have interest here. The evolving filings have to be fueling speculation. One thing is clear that is misunderstood and that is that all of the shares get cancelled very soon and 1000 new shares are printed, unless of course the next filing is different. It's like a soap opera.
