From a little fuzzy recollection since Woodford's hands are apparently legally tied up:(Neil Woodford as been speculated since Fall 2015 very likely had to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement:NDA as folks call it). And
THAT NDA prevented Woodford funds from future investments in NWBO to average down his IIRC his avg/pps of around $6.85 area!!!

THAT IMHO began the impetus for the MANIPULATORS to SHREWDLY write the tome of Phase V to further cast fear, doubt, and uncertainty as the MANIPULATORS already KNEW the biggest NWBO supporter in BOTH underwritings and on the open market was now STRAIT JACKETED Woodford funds! since Aug. 2015! So IMHO Woodford fund will only luck out in reducing his HIGH avg cost IF it fits with CEO Linda Powers evolving roll out of future events.IF Big RX funds how will it affect stock price re NW's ~$6.84 per share avg cost???? Don't believe anyone here has been as specific as that. Same can be said about the very large Short Interest (Legal only).

AND those who are frustrated with Les Goldman "lack of communication via phone or email etc etc (or why he's not buying on the open mkt; putting NWBO into Chapt 11 etc etc have NO idea about the above. IF they knew and digested the above paragraph, are somewhat intelligent..... ONLY THEN COULD THEY UNDERSTAND. So bring back up those recent posters speaking disparagingly about Les Goldman or even Linda Powers.

As I've said the experience of dealing first hand face to face with successful hedge funds or against them have enabled me to think on both sides to exit near the highs and re-enter at what hopefully will be a godsend to those investing at these levels. It is RISKY and those squealing or uncertain should just sell to avoid some unneeded contagion.

Lots of posters IMHO show no ability to expand beyond one's limitations DEMONSTRATED over the course of iHub time.
