You guys who think this proxy is shareholder=friendly are nuts. First they moved from Texas to Arizona, now from Arizona to Nevada. So what does that mean to everyone on this Board----ZILCH...I posted, some time ago that this proxy would give us NOTHING.. I was right.. Fish.. IMO we will never get a 40M contract again and this one is about done. We will know in 15 days or so if they maintained 1st Qtr. #'s.. I would bet anything they haven't. Preferred Shares???????????????
