I should say there is a very good chance we are past reverse splits, however, I am not alone (several who don't chime in publicly that are long timers here) know darn well SFOR uses issuance of shares to pay off debt. That does dilute at the expense of common shareholders. SFOR has done deals similar to issuing shares at a 40% discount over and over and over and over, and then reverse split because the price gets in the trips. People can't seem to get over that there is substantial debt with SFOR (yes it is not toxic) but it could possibly get that way (regardless of what Kay said a couple of months ago). This is not pointed at you Maryland, but Kay has said one thing and done another several times...not calling him a liar, but he has had to do what he has had to do to keep SFOR from going bankrupt. The company is stronger than ever before based on "potential" things happening. Some people are going to bed with millions of shares thinking they are going to be super rich (I've been there too, but we are much closer to zero than a dime). I hope SFOR does well, but they are far from a debt-free company (everyone take a closer look at the filings). It may not be toxic now, and I hope it doesn't become that way, but it could....seen it several times with SFOR. All in my honest opinion over 4 years here...Best of luck!
