SFOR has several debts that are delinquent. They aren't "toxic" but could become so, especially if multiple holders want payment at the same time. SFOR spends money left and right, and the amount left over from paying toxic debt, their raises (yes they took raises immediately), etc. from the Microsoft litigation is not going to last long unless they are increasing revenue by great strides. Do I want SFOR to succeed? YES, but go back in the filings...they really do owe a lot of money to various investors/entities. In the past, it has really come out of the common shareholders hide (low PPS, R/S's). I think we are past R/S, but not low PPS. Again, SFOR has substantial debt as of right now, and it has not been dealt with yet.
