I hear you, but like what? Why have any deals at all such as both parties have just made? Why any 'terms' when if Baiyin is about to acquire and privatize the company? Seems no need for such deals if Banro is privitizing with a new owner. I'm open to it, just needs reasonable explanation.
Often times buyout talk is a bit of dreaming, I've found with Banro in particular.
