Could be part of a bigger plan .. who knows? Given the recent news of China firms' interest in the DRC area .. does make for interesting, speculative talk. Why else would Baiyan provide BAA with lucrative terms?

Although given the current PPS, wouldn't make sense to sell now, unless they are offered 10x the price.
