Why would there have been any looking into them or for them????? They if they existed would not be included in any asset list of any party involved..........NOR OWNED OR CONTROLLED by either soooooooooo


Now My question is simple,IF THERE ARE ASSETS held OUTSIDE the BK cases, would anyone even look for them?? And if SO WHY??? If they are not owned nor controlled by either entity in the BK CASE OR COVERED UNDER THE PA&A agreement.


SO again LEGALLY CAN THERE BE ANY OTHER ASSETS HELD OUTSIDE THE BK CASE.

SIMPLE YES OR NO is the answer......nothing convoluted or long and drawn out,

COULD THERE BE???????? YES OR NO

And from this point forward I won't even call that of which I speak as being HIDDEN ASSETS,as there would be no need to HIDE as they are under the control/ownership of anyone involved here
