He'll probably incorporate elsewhere at some point.

If he's not planning on doing business in NY, it won't matter.

And if he plans for all his sales to be through the internet, I'm not sure if he needs the company to be incorporated anywhere.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
