Im starting to believe this is one of those tickers that will never ever truly see a huge rise in price no matter what pr's come out. The reason it is a flippers dream or cant tell as of yet. Sure does look like dilution. The reason i say that is because at this price i cant see flippers making any money. At .0028 .0027 or .0026 i can see them selling for profit. Maybe some even at .002 or .0019. But not at .0017 and .0016. This appears like people buying up freshly printed shares but not as fast as they are being printed so of course price drops rapidly.
