SNACKMAN
Thanks for sharing. I hope others that attended will be kind enough to share thier thoughts as well.
Right away, the item that caught my eye was the reference to Wave being on the list to do business with the Feds. However, I don't think that Wave has to be on that list to be part of systems sold to the government. I am under the impression that as long as the prime contractor is on the list, they are free to use subcontractors that are not on the list.
I also like the admission that some deployments have slipped to 2004, causing a need for additional short term financing. Unfortunately, the OEM's that have slipped, must have been major OEMs. Also not surprised that Banks are holding up FINREAD. Banks are adverse to change.
Can you expound on your impression that an announcement will be coming out next week when SKS gave a week to 6 months time frame?
And yes, for $25.00 I pick the Trusted PC.
As far as financing goes, is it possible for Wave to just borrow the needed cash, read "line of credit" using future contracts that can not be disclosed, but can be used for collateral? Or, can the additional shares we will be voting on be used as collateral? Just some ramdom thoughts.
