I asked this question. He will hire some full time staff, probably has already. The most crucial people will not become employees of Lightwave. These brilliant individuals will come in to help accomplish specific tasks or clear certain hurdles where they have expertise, get their name attached to the device in some way (which is what they really desire) and then they won't be involved anymore unless needed.
