Everyone, don't forget that SFOR owes A LOT of money to investors and they are delinquent. Yes, SFOR has more money now from Microsoft, but the investors must be licking their chops at getting repaid. How has SFOR repaid in the past? Issuing shares/dilution. I know a lot of you here are saying Mark said there will be no R/S...I hope that is the case, but SFOR does not have much cash on hand when their expenses are higher than revenue AND then add the debt on to that. I posted this AFTER the bell so my "not-so-great" message wouldn't damper today's down-day any further. I really want to see SFOR shoot to the moon, but I've been around SFOR for several years and it is not out of the woods yet. Exciting? More than ever! But still closer to zero than even a dime.
