Remember the Koos clarification PR s month ago on Small molecule screening? He was incredulous that the market did not react to the PR from two days earlier and felt the need to explain further. The Market yawned at that PR, too. I really think they are close to a financing agreement that Koos believes will make him rich based on the shares he owns. That only happens if the market reacts strongly to a financing PR and I'm sure Koos wants the baseline SP to be as high as possible. Hence the theory on the divvy shares.
