therapy, either way, you have no evidence for enhancing your solo I/O 1.0 downstream inhibitors with adjunctive approaches. There's just no evidence.

Those studies may be pending, but so are the Bavi studies with NCCN, MSK and AZN. And they're much closer to starting.

There are very many such trials already under way, I would not be surprised to see the actual number over 100.

I can fine these about as fast as I can search, cut and paste:

P3 NSCLC Tecendriq + chemo
Nivo+chemo
Yervoy + hormonal
tecendriq + hereptin/pert

There is no proof that these work (same as far Bavi). But there is certainly plenty of evidence that they could. That they are each effective as monotherapy is in itself decent evidence.
