Hi Roy - no PM...

For MNII - Sorry for the delay, but I was out in the wilderness the past four days. I've been in contact with the lawyer, who is also the majority shareholder...so technically the president too. Carlos is an out of date name. Nicolas Gutierrez Jr is the main guy. He said MNII still has rights to the claim and he is seek fully retribution and restitution.

He also is the head of about 350 Cuban claims vs the Cuban gov't to get restitution for old land owners. But there aren't certified claims for Cubans, just Americans. If a claim is paid, it sounded like he would have a meeting with shareholders to see how to proceed. He understands many have lost a ton via old stock investments. But also talked of starting a new business (I believe if only restitution happens?). Anyway, I think we're golden here from the company, just a matter of how the US gov't negotiates this deal...
