ok..so how many patients are in or out or back in or replaced..
kind of hard to do the math based on Poster..looking like 27-28 Patients left..I don't know how they treat the response rate regarding people who dropped out..do they include them in %'s or not? I assume they do..
i was thinking an 85% effect rate..that seems like it's going to be high..
Also..since positve mention of high cognitive response rate at 5 weeks..
the 12 and 26 weeks estimates may need to be lowered from 6 Points up to
say 5 points up..Still Rock Star Status..I am duly impressed that a patient suffering cancer and who begins Chemotherapy LOVES A2-73 so much that they continue taking A2-73 during Chemo. That is belief! They KNOW what is at stake! Cancer isn't the ONLY KILLER stalking them. Hope this patient kicks Cancer's derriere!
here some more gleaned gems:
"May have a broader scope in addressing diesasES!" Again MULTIPLE IND.
-16 Positive unexpected Therapeutic response Events- Don't know HOW these Events are accounted for? Was it 16 Patients that enjoyed one or more of these events, was it 16 different types of Benefits Enjoyed by different patients...Mood Improvement, Family Engagement..Activities(AKA - LIFE!)
So the reason this sticks out for Caretakers..is because..this is DIFFERENT FROM WHAT CARETAKERS EXPERIENCE with other AD Patients..THUS..the UNEXPECTED in Statement Title..
