Like I said.....it never said SequestOx wasn't safe. It basically stated that if a patient takes too much of the drug there is a problem WOW!!! I guess that pertains to every IR Oxy on the market currently. Notice the lack of question mark.

You fix the problem with a simple straightforward label:

1) Take one hour before or two hours after a meal.
2 Never take more than X pills in a circumscribed period of time.

If that doesn't suffice for the FDA than the FDA won't be approving any other IR Oxy product anytime soon.
